Peanut sides

On a cold rainy day or maybe just about any chilled day, grabbing a beer or a drink is just a nice way to relax. I could do with it and some sides. Here’s a super simple one when you have friends home to hang out or just about any place with or without a kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • 500 gms peanuts (skinless)
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • Some coriander twigs
  • Salt to taste (optional)
  • Quick tip: You can also add other veggies of your choice

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Preparation:

  • Peel the onion. Wash the veggies and chop into tiny pieces.
  • Put the peanuts into a bowl, add the chopped veggies and mix.
  • Add some salt if needed.

Your sides are ready for a drink or to just snack on.
