Very Berry

Not exactly what the drink looked like but pretty close!

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams cranberry
  • 300 grams strawberry
  • 300 grams raspberry
  • 100 grams black current
  • Fresh mint leaves or crushed mint
  • Crushed ice (optional)

Serves: 2
Preparation time: 10 mins

Quick tip: There is enough sweetness in the fruits, so you might want to skip adding sugar or any more sweeteners to it.

Method:

  1. Wash and deseed the fruits if you like it that way.
  2. In a blender crush all the ingredients until in juice form
  3. Pour in a tall glass and top it off with some mint leaves or crushed mint and crushed ice.

Your Very Berry Mocktail is ready with the coolness of mint. Team it up with some panini sandwiches or a nice wrap and you are good to go for the next few hours.
