Rushed? Yet tastier bread!

If you have been longing to have something light on your stomach and yet filling enough to get you through for the next few hours, this might be a good fix and considering you can make it scrumptious while keeping it simple. Got a loaf of French baguette?

Ingredients:

  1. 8 slices of bread (the ones you use for garlic bread, you can use the French baguette)
  2. Peanut butter
  3. Pizza or pasta sauce
  4. Pepper powder (optional)
  5. Oregano sprinkles (optional)

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 10 to 15 minutes

Method:

  1. Toast some bread slices in a non stick pan or heat it in a microwave (Make sure it doesn’t harden)
  2. Spread a layer of peanut butter and top it with a layer of pizza or pasta sauce while the slices are still hot
  3. Sprinkle some pepper and oregano powder (optional)
