I made myself a simple and quick two ingredient juice. Here’s what you too can do if you like fruits.
- 3 tablespoons mixed fruit jam
- 2 cups water
Preparation time: 5mins
- Heat water and add the jam to it
- Stir and wait till it all melts and mixes up well
Your warm mixed fruits juice drink is ready and it is super delicious. I don’t think store picked jam has much to offer except some sugar and calories unless it is the one with whole fruits and zero preservatives. Team this drink with a nice spiced sandwich, roll or a panini anytime in the day.
