Jam it

I made myself a simple and quick two ingredient juice. Here’s what you too can do if you like fruits.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons mixed fruit jam
  • 2 cups water

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 5mins

Method:

  1. Heat water and add the jam to it
  2. Stir and wait till it all melts and mixes up well

Your warm mixed fruits juice drink is ready and it is super delicious. I don’t think store picked jam has much to offer except some sugar and calories unless it is the one with whole fruits and zero preservatives. Team this drink with a nice spiced sandwich, roll or a panini anytime in the day.
