Chocolate brownie sizzler

You got a sweet tooth? Want to get a hot ‘n’ cold mixed deliciousness too? This might just be the thing. Something with all the readymade ingredients and all you need to do is put them together and you are good to satisfy your yearning desire and achieve foodgasm.


  • 2 scoops of ice cream (flavours of your choice)
  • 200 grams chocowalnut brownie
  • 150 grams mixed dried nuts
  • 250 grams hot chocolate sauce
  • 100 grams honey (optional)

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 10 to 15 minutes


  1. Deep frost the ice cream. Make sure this is just a flavoured one with no tutti-fruity or nuts, vanilla works best.
  2. Heat the chocolate sauce in a pouring bowl
  3. In an ice cream platter, place the chocowalnut brownie, add the scoops of ice cream on top of it, top it with searing hot chocolate. Add the dried fruit nuts and honey to it.

Your ice cream brownie delight is ready to be served. For anyone who is new to this, ask them to combine the ice cream and brownie with everything else on the platter and have a spoonful — they won’t stop thanking you!
